Yes we do! Standard worldwide shipping on orders over AUD$200 is free.

Standard worldwide shipping on orders under AUD$200 is AUD$15 within Australia and AUD$20 outside of Australia.

I need my order expedited, is this possible? 
Yes! We offer domestic and international Express Post shipping options through Australia Post.

Express Post shipping on orders over AUD$200 is AUD$10 within Australia and AUD$20 outside of Australia.

Express Post shipping on orders under AUD$200 is AUD$20 within Australia and AUD$40 outside of Australia.

We can also FedEx your package to you for an extra charge - this cost will vary depending on your location. If you would like your item FedExed, please place add an order note at the bottom of your cart page or send us an email immediately after you make payment for your product.

I would like to change something about my order, what can I do? 
Email us as soon as possible at info@blackstaropal.com. Please include your name, order number and as much information as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that we do ship orders either the same day or the next day, so make sure you contact us as soon as possible. Please note: Once shipped, we cannot cancel or refund an order whilst it is in transit, only when it has been returned to us.

How do you ship within Australia?
Parcels sent within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post, which is trackable.

How do you ship outside of Australia?
Parcels sent outside Australia are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail, which is trackable and may require a signature on delivery. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is sent you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order’s progress to your door. You can track your order here.

Delivery to most countries is usually around ten business days, while delivery within Australia is between two to eight business days. For more information on international shipping and estimated delivery times, please visit Australia Post.

Please note: Due to current global Covid-related shipping issues, Black Star Opal cannot guarantee the above delivery times. Domestic shipping to Western Australia is currently very delayed.

Is my purchase insured during delivery?
All domestic and international parcels valued over $1000 are insured free-of-charge against theft, loss or damage during delivery.

How do I know where my delivery is or when it will reach me?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's delivery to you. Australia Post provides estimated delivery times only, so we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date.

What happens if delivery for my package is delayed or it is lost?
We recommend customers keep a close eye on their tracking number during shipment to identify if there are any delays or issues. If your package looks to be delayed, please contact your local postal service with your tracking number to investigate.

Please note: Unforseen delays are common during the global shipping process and customs clearance times are unpredictable, especially during peak gifting times such as Christmas. If your package appears to be lost please contact us as soon as possible and we can assist you with investigating this issue. We are unable to process any refunds for delayed, lost or missing items until an investigation has been completed or the item has returned to us.

Please be aware that all international orders, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. We can not provide inaccurate information to customs officials.
